CANADA POST STRIKE UPDATE
Important Update: Canada Post National Strike
The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) has announced a national strike starting on Friday, November 15 at 12:01 a.m. ET. This has lead to a temporary shutdown of Canada Post's operations, affecting many Canadians and businesses across the country.
What does this mean for you?
- Delays: Mail and parcels will not be processed or delivered for the duration of the national strike.
- Service Guarantees: Any mail or parcels already in the postal network will experience delays. No new items will be accepted for processing until the strike concludes.
What can we do?
I’m actively exploring alternative shipping options to ensure your orders are delivered as quickly as possible, especially with the holiday season approaching.
If you’ve already placed an order, I will be reaching out to you directly with updates and shipping options.
If you place an order during the national strike your order will be shipped via UPS.
This situation is challenging for many small businesses, and I truly appreciate your patience. Let’s all remember to stay kind.
Thank you for your ongoing support, it truly means so much to me!
