Shipping + Returns

RETURN POLICY
Due to the custom nature of our services, they are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange, return or cancellation with the exception of returns unless it has been 
incorrectly fulfilled, proven defective or arrives damaged in shipping. If there is an error with the wording that was approved by the client, the costs of reprinting must be covered by the client. 

If your order has arrived to you damaged please email us at julianna@charcoalcreations.ca within 5 business days of receiving your order and we will assist you as best we can. 

SHIPPING
Purchases are shipped via Canada Post with standard delivery times of 3 to 10 business days depending on your location.

We are not responsible for any loss, delays, or damages during shipping.
