Our pets play such an integral role in our lives and at Charcoal Creations, we believe they deserve their own portrait on the gallery wall.
These portraits are hand-drawn using high-grade materials for a premium, long-lasting keepsake of the ones that give so much of themselves to us, our pets.
- Upon submitting your order, please use a valid email where the artist can contact you to collect your reference photo. The artist will be in contact via the email you used when placing your order. Kindly respond with your photos within 72 hours. If you need more time to gather them, please let us know!
Refer to our FAQ page for insight on how to select a good reference photo for your portrait. - Once your portrait is complete, you will be sent a preview of your portrait prior to shipping.
Turnaround time is 1-4 weeks.
Please Note: Portraits come unframed.
Returns: At this time, we do not accept returns due to the nature of our products. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order at julianna@charcoalcreations.ca with a photo of the damaged product.
