Please ensure your reference photos clearly show your pets ears as they are the most prominent in this style of drawing. - Once your portrait is complete, you will be sent a preview of your portrait prior to shipping.
Turnaround time is 1-4 weeks.
Returns: At this time, we do not accept returns due to the nature of our products. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order at julianna@charcoalcreations.ca with a photo of the damaged product.
